Subscription refers to a recurring paid access to the Service.
Free Trial refers to a limited-time trial period providing temporary access to the Service.

OutsiderEdge provides analytical and educational tools only. Nothing within the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice,
or a guarantee of profit. All use is entirely at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to make financial decisions in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments
- OutsiderEdge may offer a 7-day free trial.
- At the end of the 7-day free trial, the subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription.
- The user is responsible for canceling the subscription before the trial ends if they do not wish to be charged.
- No reminders are guaranteed prior to trial expiration.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- By starting a free trial or paid subscription, you authorize automatic recurring charges.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If canceled during the free trial period, no charges will be applied. If canceled after the trial converts
to a paid subscription, access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are granted strictly in accordance with the OutsiderEdge Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, scripts, indicators, content, visuals, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of OutsiderEdge.
Copying, redistribution, resale, sharing, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
OutsiderEdge shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Lost profits
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
9. Availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access immediately, without refund, in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or fraudulent activity.
11. Governing Law
