Strategy Presets
A Strategy Preset loads a predefined configuration for a specific market/timeframe where that preset is available.
It is different from Experience:
- Experience changes what you see.
- Strategy Preset can change the configuration used by the strategy/signal layer.
How to use a preset
1. Make sure your chart matches the market and timeframe shown in the preset name.
2. Select the preset.
3. Leave the preset-controlled strategy settings alone unless you intentionally switch to a manual/custom workflow.
4. Use Optimization Run or the indicator’s statistics panel to inspect the currently displayed validation information where available.
What the Wiki publishes
The Wiki can explain:
- intended market
- intended timeframe
- general strategy idea
- whether the preset is directional or time-restricted where that behavior is user-facing
- how to read its trade visuals
The Wiki does not publish the complete proprietary preset recipe, hidden resolution logic, optimization search space or internal ranking process.
A preset is not a guarantee
Presets are historical configurations. Market behavior changes. Use the preset as a structured starting point, not as proof that every future signal will work.
